Yes. Every site is born with technical SEO: meta tags, schema.org, sitemap, performance, optimized images, and accessibility (WCAG AA).

It depends on the project. Visual identity: yes, you receive .ai, .pdf, .svg, .png, and a manual. Website: source code and full access to the dashboard, but the design is not open in Figma by default: if needed, we can include it in the proposal.

Yes. Every delivered website comes with an admin panel for you to edit texts, images, blog, and projects without needing me.

Typically 50% upon proposal approval and 50% upon final delivery. For larger projects, we divide it into 3 installments according to the stages.

Yes: PIX and credit card (up to 12 installments with interest).

Always. Issued at the time of receiving each installment, via MEI.

Yes. The first 7 days include support for adjustments and questions. After that, monthly maintenance contracts are optional.

We open a small additional scope, with its own budget and timeline. No surprises on the invoice.

Hosting is not included: you contract it directly (I recommend trusted partners). The domain is also yours. This way, you have complete control over your digital assets.
