Phase 01 ·3 to 7 days
Briefing & Listening
The conversation that defines everything. You tell me the business challenge, the audience, the competitors, what bothers you and what excites you. I listen, take notes, ask questions — and only then propose the scope.

Phase 02 ·1 to 2 weeks
Strategy & Research
I study your sector, your direct competitors and international references. I define positioning, visual voice, information architecture and the KPIs we'll track at launch.

Phase 03 ·1 week
Architecture & Wireframes
I design the structure before thinking about color or font. Sitemap, user flows, interaction decisions — all validated with you before entering visual design.

Phase 04 ·2 to 3 weeks
Visual Design
Typography, palette, editorial grid, component library. Each screen designed in detail — desktop + mobile — with all states (hover, focus, empty, error).

Phase 05 ·2 to 4 weeks
Development
Clean, performant, accessible code. PHP 8.3, Tailwind, Alpine.js or the agreed stack. Admin panel, database, integrations and all automated tests.

Phase 06 ·3 to 5 days
Delivery & Launch
Domain setup, HTTPS, analytics, search console, SEO audit and technical handover. Plus a recorded walkthrough of the admin panel so you can manage everything on your own.
