Mansões Mirante Platform: condominium management in one place.

The context

The management of the Mansões Mirante condominium in Campina Grande, Brazil, relied on several separate systems, each with its own login, database and look: one for the cleaning staff schedule and routines, another for announcements, another for gym incident reports and another for the materials inventory. The manager had to sign in to each one, repeat the staff records and put the information together by hand.

The goal

Bring everything into a single platform with shared staff records, one login, role-based permissions and an interface that works on the office computer and on the phone of whoever is walking around the building, without losing any historical record from the old systems.

What was built

• Day-off schedule: builds the monthly schedule following the team rules (no consecutive days off, Sunday rotation, balanced working hours), shows holidays, records holiday compensation days and prints an A4 calendar for the notice board.
• Routines: assembles the daily task sheets by area of the condominium, with times, saved routines and printing.
• Announcements: introduces staff members and the team to residents as PDF and image, with history preserved.
• Weekly newsletter: records the week's services with photos and sends a PDF to the residents' WhatsApp group, protected against duplicate sending.
• Incidents: public form to report gym problems with a photo, internal dashboard to follow each case until it is solved and a printable report.
• Supplies: materials inventory with stock in and out, physical counts, restock alerts and barcode reading through the camera.
• Account and settings: profile at the top, photo cropping, password change and recovery by email or WhatsApp, and birthdays of the month.

How it was done

The migration happened one module at a time. Each legacy system had its data checked field by field and imported without loss, and its old address now redirects to the platform. The design follows the condominium identity in graphite and gold, with a side menu on desktop and an app-style bottom bar on mobile.

Security and privacy

Strong password hashing, CSRF protection, private photos and files served only after login, encrypted integration secrets and backups before every release. In the images of this case study, people's names and photos are blurred.
