The page adapts to the visitor's city, qualifies the lead through a short multi-step form and sends them straight to WhatsApp, with conversions mapped to lower the cost per click and raise the account Quality Score.

The problem I solved.
TRD Soluções e Tecnologia runs Google Ads to sell digital certificates (e-CNPJ, e-CPF and e-MEI), but faced a problem familiar to every advertiser: high cost per click and a low Quality Score. Ads landed on generic pages, identical for every visitor and poorly aligned with search intent. The goal of this project was clear: build a digital certificate landing page designed from scratch for paid traffic, turning expensive clicks into qualified WhatsApp conversations.
The challenge: pricey ads, a page that did not convert
On Google Ads, Quality Score directly affects how much you pay per click. Slow pages with little relevance to the searched term and no clear path to action drag that score down and inflate the campaign. TRD needed a fast, relevant and objective page, built for a single purpose: generate the right lead at the right moment.
The solution: a single, geo-aware landing page
Instead of scattered pages, I built a single landing page that adapts to each visitor's context. It detects location by IP and personalizes the headline: someone searching in São Paulo sees "Digital Certificate in São Paulo", reinforcing the relevance Google Ads rewards. Everything is rendered server-side, with no flicker, protecting both experience and performance.
The same page serves different campaigns (by state and certificate type) by swapping only the essential copy, keeping the message consistent with the ad that drove the click, exactly what improves Quality Score.
A smart form that qualifies the lead
The heart of conversion is a short multi-step form that talks to the visitor. It understands whether the person wants to renew or issue a first certificate, identifies the type (e-CNPJ, e-CPF or e-MEI) and, when relevant, helps choose the nearest service unit. At the end, the lead is sent straight to WhatsApp already qualified. The sales team gets the right person, with the right context, instead of scattered messages.
Technical SEO, performance and accessibility
The landing was built on solid foundations: title, canonical and meta description defined server-side per route, structured data (JSON-LD), WebP images and caching for fast loading. The result was verified in audit: a perfect 100 SEO and 100 Accessibility score on Lighthouse, signals that support both paid traffic and organic search.
Conversion tracking and integrations
Generating leads is pointless without measuring what matters. I mapped specific conversions for Google Ads (renewal, first issuance and per-unit service), so that only a truly qualified lead counts as a conversion, not every submit. Each lead reaches the operation\'s tools (n8n automation and CRM) carrying its source and offer, giving the traffic manager a clean base to optimize campaigns, cut the cost per click and raise Quality Score.
The outcome
TRD now has a fast, relevant and measurable landing page, live and indexable, ready to extract the most from every real invested in ads. You can see the page live. More than a good-looking site, it is a commercial structure: every element exists to turn attention into conversation and conversation into customers.
