Creation of the website for The Wine Fellas, an online store for Portuguese wines and a subscription club. A modern, responsive project optimized for SEO, featuring a complete administrative dashboard and customizable linkbio.

About the The Wine Fellas Project

The project for The Wine Fellas involved the creation of a complete institutional website and a Portuguese wine online store, focused on providing a unique experience for customers. The goal was to translate the passion of Fernando Rivera Bettin and Marlowe Diego Fawcett for Portuguese wines into a modern, functional, and SEO-optimized digital presence.

The site integrates the sale of individual wines and subscription plans, allowing users to choose to receive one, two, or six bottles per month, with the possibility of intuitively upgrading or downgrading their plan.

Challenges of the The Wine Fellas Project

The main demand from The Wine Fellas was to create a website that combined e-commerce, a subscription club, and storytelling, conveying the brand's story and providing a pleasant and intuitive experience for users. Among the challenges were:

  • Integrating the wine shop and subscription plans clearly and objectively;
  • Creating an upgrade/downgrade system for subscription plans;
  • Developing a complete administrative dashboard without relying on programming for changes;
  • Ensuring optimized SEO for keywords related to Portuguese wines, online store, and subscriptions;
  • Conveying the brand's personality and the story of Fernando and Marlowe;
  • Making the site 100% responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop;
  • Creating an editable Linkbio section, allowing easy creation, editing, or removal of buttons.

Implemented Solution

1. Online Store for Portuguese Wines

The store features highlighted products, with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, prices, and direct purchase buttons. Each wine has its own card, facilitating the purchasing decision. The layout prioritizes the user experience, with filters and a simplified checkout.

2. Customized Subscription Clubs

The subscription plans were configured for maximum flexibility. Customers can choose how many bottles they want to receive monthly and easily switch plans, whether increasing or decreasing the quantity. This enhances the user experience and increases subscriber retention.

3. Administrative Dashboard

One of the major differentiators of the site is the customized administrative panel, where The Wine Fellas team can:

  • Edit logo, favicon, title, and meta description of the site;
  • Manage contacts: WhatsApp, phone, and email;
  • Update social media and quick links;
  • Edit institutional texts, such as the story of Fernando and Marlowe;
  • Configure the location of the company;
  • Customize the Linkbio, including icons, background, and unlimited buttons.

4. Brand Story and Humanization

The site tells the brand's story in an engaging way: Fernando, a Brazilian passionate about wines, and Marlowe, a writer and traveler, came together in Portugal to create The Wine Fellas. This storytelling humanizes the brand, generates empathy with visitors, and strengthens the online presence.

5. SEO and Performance

The site was developed with semantic HTML, optimized headings, and alt text in images, ensuring good indexing in search engines.   • Optimized images and lazy load: fast performance;
  • Responsive design: mobile first, tablet, and desktop;
  • Dynamic buttons: unlimited creation, editing, and deletion in linkbio.

Project Results

The final site delivers a complete experience for users, combining Portuguese wine shop, personalized subscriptions, and an administrative dashboard. Among the results:
