O contexto
O Miraval Residences é um empreendimento boutique de bem estar no coração de Vrnjačka Banja, a cidade termal mais conhecida da Sérvia. O desafio era apresentar dois conceitos dentro de um mesmo complexo (apartamentos prontos para morar com área de SPA e unidades pensadas para investimento) com a sofisticação de um produto premium e, ao mesmo tempo, gerar contato comercial qualificado.
O que foi construído
Uma landing page editorial de alta performance, com narrativa em treze seções que conduz o visitante do conceito até o formulário de contato.
- Site trilíngue (sérvio, inglês e russo), atendendo o comprador local, a diáspora e o investidor internacional.
- Captação de leads com painel próprio de acompanhamento.
- Catálogo de plantas (studio, komfort e premium) e tabela de preços em PDF.
- SEO técnico com sitemap e robots dinâmicos.
- Formulário com seletor internacional de telefone e validação.
Destaques
A identidade visual combina verde profundo, tons de creme e dourado, tipografia de display e animações de scroll suaves para reforçar a percepção de luxo sem pesar no carregamento.
