The problem I solved.
The context
Miraval Residences is a boutique wellness development in the heart of Vrnjačka Banja, the best-known spa town in Serbia. The challenge was to present two concepts within the same complex (move-in-ready apartments with a SPA area and units designed for investment) with the sophistication of a premium product while generating qualified sales inquiries.
What was built
A high-performance editorial landing page, with a thirteen-section narrative that takes the visitor from the concept to the contact form.
- Trilingual website (Serbian, English and Russian), serving local buyers, the diaspora and international investors.
- Lead capture with a custom tracking dashboard.
- Floor plan catalog (studio, komfort and premium) and price list in PDF.
- Technical SEO with dynamic sitemap and robots.
- Form with international phone selector and validation.
Highlights
The visual identity combines deep green, cream tones and gold, display typography and smooth scroll animations to reinforce the sense of luxury without weighing down loading.
