The problem I solved.

The story of Ester's Açaí began with a shared dream between the couple Bruno Lima and Soneide Araújo. Inspired by their daughter, Ester, who also gives her name to the family island, Bruno and Soneide always imagined creating something that could be passed on to the next generation. From this vision, the açaí shop was born, carrying their daughter's name and, one day, will be her legacy.

Ester's Açaí was founded with a clear purpose: not only to offer a quality product but also to provide a pleasant and practical experience for its customers. The couple, always concerned with the speed of service and the comfort of consumers, sought to modernize the way orders were received, which was previously done mainly via WhatsApp. The idea was simple: improve efficiency, optimize service, and offer an excellent service that reflected the love and dedication they always put into the business.

The Challenge and the Solution

In light of this scenario, I developed a complete delivery website, designed to meet the needs of Ester's Açaí and its customers. Focusing on practicality and automation, the system was crafted to make the ordering process more agile and organized, replacing the reliance on WhatsApp as the main channel.

Now, Ester's Açaí offers an efficient delivery platform where customers can place their orders directly through the website, with an integrated system that facilitates not only service but also the internal management of the company.

Delivery System Features

The website developed for Ester's Açaí includes a series of features that optimize service and business management, providing a quality experience for both customers and the administration team:

  • Order Reports and Inventory Control: The platform offers detailed order reports and inventory control, helping the company efficiently manage its supplies and anticipate demands.
  • Customer, Employee, and Delivery Person Registration: The system allows for the registration of recurring customers, employees, and delivery personnel, optimizing data management and delivery logistics.
  • Online Payment: Customers can make payments directly through the website, with options including Pix, Mercado Pago, GerênciaNet, and Stripe, with even the possibility of offering a discount for payments via Pix, encouraging this payment method.
  • Real-Time Order Notifications: From the moment an order is created until its delivery, the system sends real-time notifications to the team, ensuring that each step is closely monitored. This includes alerts when the order is accepted, being prepared, ready, and delivered.
  • Cashback and Discount Coupon System: To retain its customers, Ester's Açaí offers a cashback system and discount coupons, encouraging frequent returns and generating a loyal customer base.
  • Automatic Printing with Customized Logo: As soon as an order is confirmed, the system automatically prints with the Ester's Açaí logo, ensuring speed in preparation and delivery.
  • WhatsApp Notifications for Customers: Communication with customers has also been enhanced. Now, automatic notifications via WhatsApp are sent to customers, keeping them informed about the order status.
  • Catalog Generator and QR Codes for Tables: To facilitate in-person orders, the website also offers QR code generation, allowing customers to scan with their phones and place orders directly from the table.
  • Delivery Management by Neighborhood or KM: The system allows defining delivery areas by neighborhood or radius, optimizing logistics and ensuring that orders are delivered efficiently.
  • Display of Best-Selling Products: Another important feature is the display of best-selling products on the order page, which can encourage customers to try the most popular items.

Automated Service via WhatsApp

In addition to the delivery system, a WhatsApp service bot was created for Ester's Açaí. This bot not only answers the most frequent customer questions but also automatically redirects them to place their orders on the website, ensuring that the service flow is continuous and hassle-free.

Now, Ester's Açaí can serve a larger number of customers more quickly, providing a pleasant and practical experience. The website simplifies the entire purchasing process, from product selection to payment, all in a simple and intuitive manner.
