The context

In Cápsula is a marketing agency for fashion businesses in Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará, Brazil. Its services include social media management, marketing planning on and off the platforms, art direction, fashion production and paid traffic. According to the case, the agency is led by Karísia Lima.

The agency wanted a digital presence that reflected the creativity, the dynamism and the strategic approach of the work it delivers to its clients.

The goal

The website needed to present the agency, its services and the value it delivers to people who want to hire it. The design had to convey trust and professionalism, with a modern and sophisticated visual language.

What was built

A website with a menu for Home, About us, Our services, Portfolio, FAQ and Contact, and the following sections on the home page:

• Differentiators: saving the client's time, strategy, commitment and customer support.
• Services: the Cápsula do marketing, with on and off planning, social media, art direction and content creation; fashion production, with briefing, moodboards, hiring of third parties, set design, styling and shoot coordination; and paid traffic, to reach new audiences and sell more online.
• Portfolio with a gallery of productions.
• Frequently asked questions, where payment appears as bank slip (boleto) or Pix.
• Client feedback, shown as images.
• Contact with a form for name, email, WhatsApp, service of interest and message, a floating WhatsApp button and links to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Result

In Cápsula now has a website that presents the agency, its services and its portfolio, with clear ways to get in touch through the form or on WhatsApp. According to the founder, quoted in the case, the brand gained a digital presence that reflects the creativity and dynamism of the agency. The website is at incapsulamkt.com.br.

Highlights

The contact form appears in the contact section and in the footer, and the floating WhatsApp button stays available while the visitor browses. The FAQ also states that payment can be made by bank slip or Pix.
