The problem I solved.
O contexto
O Doppio é um edifício residencial de alto padrão em Jundiaí, no interior de São Paulo, com torre única de mais de 35 andares e vista para a Serra do Japi. O objetivo era dar ao time de vendas uma ferramenta capaz de vender o intangível: a vista, a luz e a experiência de morar, antes mesmo de a obra existir.
O que foi construído
Um webapp imersivo de vendas, pensado para o stand e para totens em tela cheia, com dez telas interativas.
- Experiência 360° com panoramas renderizados em tempo real via WebGL.
- Vista por andar, mostrando o que se enxerga em cada altura real da torre (de 22 a 60 metros).
- Estudo de insolação ao longo do dia.
- Galeria de fachada e coberturas, plantas e diferenciais da localização.
- Modo quiosque em tela cheia e botão "Levar para o celular" via QR Code.
Destaques
A engenharia de frente combina uma interface editorial elegante com renderização 3D em tempo real, entregando fluidez tanto no totem do stand quanto no celular do cliente.
