The problem I solved.
The context
Doppio is a high-end residential building in Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo state, Brazil, a single tower of more than 35 floors overlooking the Serra do Japi. The goal was to give the sales team a tool able to sell the intangible: the view, the light and the experience of living there, before the building even exists.
What was built
An immersive sales web app, designed for the sales stand and full-screen kiosks, with ten interactive screens.
- 360° experience with panoramas rendered in real time with WebGL.
- Floor-by-floor view, showing what you see at each real height of the tower (from 22 to 60 meters).
- Sunlight study throughout the day.
- Gallery of the facade and penthouses, floor plans and location highlights.
- Full-screen kiosk mode and a "Take it to your phone" button via QR code.
Highlights
The front-end engineering combines an elegant editorial interface with real-time 3D rendering, running smoothly both on the stand's kiosk and on the client's phone.
