The problem I solved.
I developed a custom WordPress plugin that transformed the Crédito Esc website into a fast, responsive, and conversion-oriented business credit simulation flow. The project addresses the pain points of micro and small businesses that need to simulate credit without bureaucracy, with city/state validation, clear highlighting of amounts and installments, and immediate contact via WhatsApp.
Client Challenge
The client faced abandonment due to long forms and unqualified leads (unserved cities). They also needed to convey security (badges, SSL) and maintain their own visual identity (colors, desktop/mobile images) without relying on generic themes.
Solution implemented for business credit
- Plugin with shortcode: the entire site uses the multi-step form rendered by the plugin.
- Location validation: controlled list of cities/states to avoid frustration and qualify leads.
- Credit grid: amounts and installments in cards, with “more requested” highlighted.
- Streamlined steps: each step asks only for the essentials — CNPJ, amount, location, name, and WhatsApp.
- Real responsiveness: separate background images for desktop (1920×1080) and mobile (768×1200), without stretching or cutting.
- Security and trust: customizable badges, approval badge, and message about protected data.
- Configurable colors: background, highlights, titles, and texts adjustable in the admin.
Expected Results
- Less abandonment due to a short and visual flow.
- More qualified leads by filtering served cities.
- Shorter response time with WhatsApp as the main channel.
- Better perception of trust (badges, SSL, transparency of installments).
